TradeMark Residential Fees & Important Info

Application Fee: $75 per adult

Administrative Fee: $200 per lease

Security Deposit: One month's rent for standard approval, may be up to twice monthly rent for conditional approval.

Hold Fee of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of notification of application approval.

Pet fees for pet friendly properties must be paid prior to move-in.

All fees paid are non-refundable.
